Service Description

Let's get you through your next challenge! You pick the topic of this session. Your fellow Risers wanted to book additional 1-1 coaching to work on some of the following challenges:  ​ -Get your salary negotiation across the finish line: we prepare your conversation in-depth, play through the different scenarios and prepare powerful responses for all counterarguments  ​ -Find your next job: we get you unstuck, develop concrete next steps, explore possible career paths for you or play through mock-interviews so go into your job search confident and ready -Lead greatly: we develop you as a Wingwo(man) leader, work through management and leadership tools, solve tough challenges and turn your hard work into impact and respect  -Have monthly soundboard and sparring partner: we meet every other month to help you stay out of Busy Bee mode and get you set up for success As you see, some book a one-off session, others regular session. Do what feels right to you!  I cannot wait to see you! Until then, remember: even if things might be tricky or hard right now, you have so much inside of you. So much talent. So many ideas. So much fire. Get ready to unleash that in our session.
